Manages day-to-day IT operations across business and clinical teams during a three-month contract. Oversees an outsourced MSP, junior IT staff, infrastructure, enterprise applications, end-user support, device provisioning, and multi-site service consistency. Leads IT projects, manages vendors, resolves escalations, and coordinates effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead Frontera’s B2B product expansion by turning clinically validated agentic care workflows into a repeatable product for enterprise and provider partners. Own the B2B roadmap, packaging and business model, clinical data productization, technical alignment with Engineering and AI/ML, and human-in-the-loop experiences. Build the B2B product management function while aligning Sales, Clinical, Design, and Engineering stakeholders.

Own Frontera’s AWS cloud security architecture, IAM design, security posture, and hands-on SOC 2 audits. Build the company’s compliance program, policies, processes, and tooling while partnering with Engineering. Represent security and compliance in customer, prospect, partner, and board discussions. Establish the security function as Frontera scales into enterprise and healthcare markets, ensuring trusted management of sensitive data.
