Lead and manage a Denver-based stormwater team delivering flood resilience projects. Oversee project execution, quality control, client relationships, budgeting, staffing, and sales growth. Mentor staff, recruit and retain talent, implement quality management, and ensure team meets utilization and KFI goals. Provide technical oversight of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling (InfoWorks ICM, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS) and serve as project manager on complex assignments.
