Support senior leaders by managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, communications, presentations, action items, and confidential information. Coordinate cross-functional priorities, prepare executives for meetings, track follow-ups, improve workflows, and support special projects in a fast-paced healthcare organization.

Prepares and submits healthcare claims, researches denials and payment issues, monitors and corrects EVV exceptions, and reconciles visit data with billing records. The specialist coordinates with payers, state agencies, EVV aggregators, vendors, and internal teams; maintains audit-ready documentation; reviews billing and compliance reports; resolves routine-to-moderately difficult issues; and communicates recurring trends and process improvements.

Build and lead FreedomCare’s enterprise leadership development system. Responsibilities include creating a leadership philosophy and competency model, assessing capability gaps, designing leadership pathways and onboarding standards, managing programs, budgets, vendors, technology, governance, and adoption, and measuring behavioral and business impact. The role partners with Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR business partners, executives, and operational leaders to improve leadership effectiveness, succession coverage, mobility, retention, and organizational performance.
