Coordinates corporate meetings and conferences, including contracts, venues, budgets, registrations, and travel logistics. Manages company communications, social media content, newsletters, webinars, resumes, holiday initiatives, charitable donations, and employee gifts. Provides administrative and onboarding support, maintains records and trackers, resolves inquiries, supports account access, and assists with staff projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, independent judgment, event coordination, Excel proficiency, and social media experience.

Designs and maintains healthcare data pipelines, ETL workflows, databases, data models, and analytical frameworks. Analyzes claims and payer data to identify trends and insights, while ensuring data quality and integrity. Creates reports, dashboards, and visualizations for nontechnical stakeholders and collaborates with healthcare policy experts, analysts, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions. The role also improves data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.

Lead and manage multiple health data and policy projects: serve as client point of contact, develop and maintain workplans, timelines, budgets and staffing, mitigate risks, facilitate meetings, produce client-ready deliverables, use PM tools and agile methods, support proposals, data governance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
