Develop and manage residential and commercial water treatment sales through dealer and wholesale channels. Grow and maintain professional water quality dealer accounts, secure strategic customer opportunities, and create forecasts, budgets, sales strategies, and marketing programs. Train dealers on products and collaborate with marketing on collateral, packaging, catalogs, and online presence. The role requires 65%–80% overnight travel across the Central United States.

Manage and grow residential and commercial water treatment sales across dealer and wholesale channels in the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast. Acquire and develop PWQ dealer accounts, create sales forecasts, budgets and marketing programs, deliver product training, collaborate with marketing on collateral and digital presence, and travel overnight frequently (65-80%).

Provide advanced second-tier technical support (phone, email, onsite), diagnose complex product issues, conduct onsite and web training, manage cases and status updates, create technical documentation, and identify sales/service opportunities to improve customer experience.
