Partners with Commercial Lines stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals, manages application architecture and change controls, and oversees staff development, resource allocation, and performance. Requires strong IT leadership, SDLC expertise, stakeholder management, and experience with Agile, DevOps, cloud environments, and insurance processes.

Manages complex, high-severity casualty claims from investigation through resolution. Responsibilities include coverage and liability analysis, reserve evaluation, settlement negotiations, claim strategy, collaboration with counsel and experts, regulatory compliance, recovery opportunities, and mentoring less experienced professionals. The role handles bodily injury, construction defect, and property damage claims while communicating developments to internal and external stakeholders.
