Research destinations and travel experiences, assist clients with selecting options, prepare quotes and itineraries, coordinate with suppliers, maintain travel records, and provide customer support. The role also creates and schedules social media content and supports digital marketing campaigns promoting destinations, accommodations, tours, and seasonal offers.

Assist with planning and coordinating theme park experiences, special events, tours, and packages. Communicate with park staff, vendors, entertainers, and guests; manage reservations and booking details; provide attraction information; monitor feedback; and help resolve guest issues to ensure memorable visits.

Coordinate travel and hospitality arrangements, including researching options, preparing quotes and itineraries, confirming bookings, and maintaining client records. Communicate with clients and travel partners while providing timely customer support. Assist with social media content, digital promotions, and marketing initiatives for destinations, accommodations, and vacation experiences. The role is remote and requires strong organization, communication, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently.
