Supports servers and bartenders by running food, assisting at the bar, cleaning and resetting tables, communicating with customers, and following front-of-house manager direction in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Manage front-of-house restaurant operations, guest service, sales growth, employee hiring, training, scheduling, development, and performance. Partner with the General Manager to improve procedures and standards, ensure regulatory and food safety compliance, resolve customer concerns, and maintain efficient workflows. The role requires flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
