Greets automotive service customers, gathers vehicle information and symptoms, schedules appointments, recommends maintenance, prepares repair estimates, coordinates loaner vehicles and insurance verification, monitors repair progress, provides updates, and explains completed work and charges. The role requires strong customer service, automotive knowledge, basic computer skills, physical stamina, and at least one year of service department experience.
