The role requires broad engineering skills, comfort with ambiguity, and effective use of AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.

Leads end-to-end cloud operations for a multi-region SaaS portfolio, overseeing availability, incident management, root cause analysis, configuration and change management, monitoring, performance, and infrastructure costs. Builds and develops a team of system administrators and SREs while partnering with Development, Security, and Support to improve operational readiness and reliability across AWS and Azure environments.
