The Account Executive will lead sales efforts in the U.S., expanding business, managing accounts, and driving sales strategies in industrial automation and robotics sectors.

Lead defense-focused sales to primes, OEMs, integrators, and DoD customers. Drive capture strategy, shape requirements, manage multi-stakeholder procurements, build partnerships, and maintain a multi-year pipeline. Represent FORT at industry events and provide forecasting and reporting.

The Senior Account Executive will lead sales in Canada, focusing on expanding current accounts and acquiring new clients in sectors like robotics and automation, managing account growth, and developing sales strategies.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for FORT's control and safety platform. Define requirements, ensure compliance with functional-safety standards (IEC 61508, ISO 13849), own safety-critical interfaces, support certification (e.g., SIL 3), drive customer discovery, enable new verticals, and coordinate cross-functional delivery, security integration, and go-to-market activities.

Responsible for leading sales efforts in Southeast and Central USA, managing strategic accounts, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer engagement.

The Sr. Product Manager will drive ecosystem partnerships, manage product strategy for operator interfaces, and oversee partner integrations to enhance AI and robotics safety and functionality.
