Teams at Fort Lewis College

Oversee technical theatre operations, safety, and production logistics for the department. Manage student build crews, create season production schedules and budgets, maintain and train on shop equipment, coordinate maintenance and repairs, attend rehearsals and strikes, ensure digital accessibility compliance, and mentor students in technical theatre.

Lead college-wide strategies to build student belonging by overseeing multiple identity and engagement centers, orientation, student government, major events, assessment, budgets, staff hiring and development, and cross-campus partnerships to improve retention, engagement, and inclusive practices.
