Develop integrated engagement strategies, oversee campaigns and events, supervise a small team, manage budgets and vendors, use data to evaluate performance, and strengthen alumni and donor relationships to advance fundraising goals and institutional priorities.

Oversee technical theatre operations, safety, and production logistics for the department. Manage student build crews, create season production schedules and budgets, maintain and train on shop equipment, coordinate maintenance and repairs, attend rehearsals and strikes, ensure digital accessibility compliance, and mentor students in technical theatre.
