Supports mechanical assembly readiness, process development, tooling and fixture design, manufacturing documentation, and production build execution for cryogenic and semiconductor test products. Reviews drawings and BOMs, develops work instructions, provides DFM feedback, resolves process and quality issues, supports ECOs and NPI, and drives Lean continuous improvement. Collaborates with engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams to improve safety, efficiency, repeatability, and manufacturing capability.

Provide customer-facing application support for cryogenic wafer probing systems: install, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize measurement setups. Perform RF, microwave, DC, low-current, and low-noise electrical characterization; integrate VNAs, SMUs, signal generators, lock-ins, and cryogenic instrumentation. Develop measurement plans, analyze results, create application notes and training, collaborate with product teams, run demos, and travel (~25%) for installations and customer support.

Lead daily production for advanced cryogenic and precision electromechanical systems, owning safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. Set priorities, manage resources, and partner with engineering, quality, supply chain, and planning to support manufacturing readiness and product transitions. Coach and develop the workforce, enforce standard work and safety, use production data and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement, and communicate status and recovery plans to leadership.
