Supports mechanical assembly readiness, process development, tooling and fixture design, manufacturing documentation, and production build execution for cryogenic and semiconductor test products. Reviews drawings and BOMs, develops work instructions, provides DFM feedback, resolves process and quality issues, supports ECOs and NPI, and drives Lean continuous improvement. Collaborates with engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams to improve safety, efficiency, repeatability, and manufacturing capability.

Provide customer-facing application support for cryogenic wafer probing systems: install, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize measurement setups. Perform RF, microwave, DC, low-current, and low-noise electrical characterization; integrate VNAs, SMUs, signal generators, lock-ins, and cryogenic instrumentation. Develop measurement plans, analyze results, create application notes and training, collaborate with product teams, run demos, and travel (~25%) for installations and customer support.

Lead daily production for advanced cryogenic and precision electromechanical systems, owning safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. Set priorities, manage resources, and partner with engineering, quality, supply chain, and planning to support manufacturing readiness and product transitions. Coach and develop the workforce, enforce standard work and safety, use production data and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement, and communicate status and recovery plans to leadership.

Operate, program, and troubleshoot CNC mills and lathes; perform manual machining and prototype-to-production machining from drawings; develop/optimize CAD/CAM programs; perform dimensional inspection (CMM and manual); interpret GD&T; recommend process improvements; mentor junior machinists and collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.

Design, analyze, prototype, and validate complex mechanical and electro-mechanical subsystems (cryogenic focus) for semiconductor test equipment. Perform modeling, tolerance analysis, thermal/heat-transfer work, root-cause analysis, documentation, verification testing, and customer-facing technical support. Drive manufacturability, reliability, and cost-performance trade-offs.

Lead development and design transfer of cryogenic and semiconductor manufacturing processes, validate production-ready methods, drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions, implement continuous improvement (Lean/6S/PDCA), analyze yield/kpi data, provide technical leadership and documentation, and support NPI and process standardization.

Lead technical accounting research and application of U.S. GAAP for complex transactions (purchase accounting, intangibles, investments, hedging, goodwill). Prepare analyses, journal entries, technical memoranda, and support monthly close, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, policy development, and cross-functional stakeholder communication. Partner with auditors, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and operations to implement standards and improve processes.

Lead and grow an RF probe card design team to deliver advanced RF/microwave probe card solutions. Own technical direction, design methodologies, resource planning, cross-functional collaboration, design-for-manufacturability, process improvements, automation initiatives, and on-time delivery across product lifecycles.

Lead Salesforce administration and business systems analysis to support Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. Manage user access, data quality, configurations, releases, and UAT. Gather requirements, document processes, design scalable CRM solutions, and coordinate with developers and stakeholders to deliver enhancements and drive adoption.

Process accurate biweekly multi-state U.S. payroll using ADP and UKG Pro; handle payroll transactions, reconciliations, audits, tax compliance, equity compensation (RSUs/ESPP), expatriate payroll, and employee inquiries. Collaborate cross-functionally, maintain SOPs and controls, support year-end reporting, system testing, upgrades, and provide payroll data and analysis to Finance, HR, and auditors.
