Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, negotiations, and collaboration with sales and partnership leadership in a regulated, compliance-focused environment.

Provides advanced technical customer support for a SaaS data collection platform through email and chat. Diagnoses web forms, JavaScript, CSS, browser, Salesforce integration, authentication, and configuration issues; reproduces and escalates complex problems; mentors specialists; improves documentation and processes; monitors issue trends; and shares customer feedback with Product and Engineering.

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, assisting Account Executives, and attending industry events.
