Teams at Forerunner

Build and lead Forerunner’s product marketing function, owning positioning, messaging, personas, product launches, sales enablement, and market intelligence. Translate technical products into compelling value stories for government and regulated-industry buyers, support acquisition through customer expansion, train sales teams, and influence product and go-to-market strategy through customer and prospect insights.

Owns end-to-end SaaS customer deployments from discovery through go-live. Leads customer workshops, defines roadmaps, scopes projects, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages risks and dependencies, oversees solution alignment, leads user acceptance testing, and ensures effective handoff to Customer Success. The role also documents lessons learned and improves deployment playbooks and processes.
