Leads fundraising and community engagement activities for an animal shelter, including supervising the development team, growing corporate and annual giving, managing recurring donors and vehicle donations, and executing development events. Partners with leadership on fundraising strategy, coordinates budgets, vendors, volunteers, and timelines, and builds relationships with donors and community partners.
