Lead architecture and operations for the end-to-end data lifecycle: pipeline orchestration, dbt projects, cloud warehouse performance, dimensional modeling, data observability, HIPAA controls, and platform governance. Mentor a distributed data engineering team, partner with Analytics and Finance, and prioritize durable platform capabilities that enable BI, experimentation, and AI use cases.

Lead client-facing data science for external reporting, automating QBRs, recurring reports, and RFP analyses. Build and own client SLAs and foundational external metrics, partner with Sales and Customer Success, represent Foodsmart in client conversations, and leverage dbt, BI, and AI-native tooling to scale reporting and validation.

Lead and scale end-to-end billing, collections, and AR functions. Build disciplined collections processes, reduce denials, resolve complex payer disputes, negotiate settlements, partner with cross-functional teams, track KPIs and forecasts, and manage billing communications to optimize cash collection and shorten the AR lifecycle.
