Build React and TypeScript applications, Node.js services, APIs, and AWS-based distributed systems. Drive cloud-native DevOps, reliability, security, compliance, and AI-assisted engineering practices. Influence cross-team technical direction, establish shared standards, mentor engineers, and lead initiatives across frontend, backend, mobile, and data domains.

Leads the Client Success function, managing Client Success Managers and owning client health, satisfaction, escalations, renewals, and expansion alignment. Builds scalable playbooks, health-scoring methods, reporting processes, and escalation frameworks. Partners with Account Executive, Product, Clinical, Operations, Support, Legal, and Data & Analytics teams to resolve issues, monitor utilization and outcomes, and demonstrate client value. Coaches the team, supports hiring, and handles complex executive-level client situations.

Owns revenue retention and growth for a portfolio of healthcare clients by leading renewals, expansion planning, upselling, and executive relationships. Develops data-driven account strategies, presents ROI and clinical outcomes, negotiates contracts, and coordinates with Client Success, Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance, and Clinical Operations to close growth opportunities.
