Lead QA execution for a health tech platform across web, mobile, APIs, backend services, data pipelines, and AI/ML products. Develop automated test suites, coordinate manual and automated testing, validate data quality, support CI/CD integration, track defects and coverage, conduct regression and performance testing, mentor QA staff, and ensure HIPAA and healthcare compliance.

Manage and scale AWS infrastructure in Linux environments, automate infrastructure with AWS CDK and CloudFormation, and build reliable CI/CD pipelines. Develop backend systems using TypeScript, Java, Python, Node.js, and SQL databases. Train stakeholders and support additional legal areas as needed.

Own Foodsmart’s member activation funnel from outreach through first visit. Lead a cross-functional pod across Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing; manage the activation roadmap, funnel metrics, experimentation, incentives, messaging, channel strategy, and technical enablement. Optimize booking and attendance rates while balancing unit economics, member needs, consent, privacy, and regulatory constraints.

Own the Food Access and Benefits product platform, including roadmap, discovery, launch, iteration, benefits administration, and scalable operational workflows. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Partnerships, Client Success, Clinical Operations, and commercial teams to deliver configurable services for health plans, employers, and members. Define product strategy, launch new service lines, improve member experiences, and drive platform scalability across complex, multi-party healthcare and food-access programs.

Lead architecture and development of scalable full-stack systems spanning web, mobile, backend, data, and partner integrations. Build React and TypeScript applications, Node.js services, APIs, and AWS-based distributed systems. Drive cloud-native DevOps, reliability, security, compliance, and AI-assisted engineering practices. Influence cross-team technical direction, establish shared standards, mentor engineers, and lead initiatives across frontend, backend, mobile, and data domains.

Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable AI-powered backend systems. Design APIs and inference workflows, fine-tune and productionize LLM and transformer models, establish MLOps and governance standards, and evaluate AI technologies. Mentor engineers, guide cross-functional technical initiatives, improve system reliability and performance, and shape the organization’s AI strategy and roadmap.

Lead and grow a 16-person engineering organization across four AI-focused pods. Set technical direction, guide AI-native product and engineering development, manage cross-team dependencies, and oversee delivery, quality, reliability, security, and velocity. Partner with product, design, and leadership on scalable full-stack systems, mentor engineers and technical leads, and promote strong practices in architecture, testing, observability, incident response, and CI/CD within a HIPAA/SOC 2-aware environment.

Lead architecture and operations for the end-to-end data lifecycle: pipeline orchestration, dbt projects, cloud warehouse performance, dimensional modeling, data observability, HIPAA controls, and platform governance. Mentor a distributed data engineering team, partner with Analytics and Finance, and prioritize durable platform capabilities that enable BI, experimentation, and AI use cases.
