Supports financial analysis and maintenance of managed care contracts, ensures correct payer reimbursement, assists contract negotiations, communicates process changes, and liaises with internal departments to resolve reimbursement, operational, and clinical issues.

Lead configuration, implementation, testing, and ongoing administration of Oracle HCM and related business systems. Act as liaison between business units and IT, evaluate user needs, design solutions, support system operations, ensure data security and integrity, and contribute to process improvement and departmental budgeting.
