Perform installation and repair of PVC and vinyl flat roofs on commercial buildings, requiring travel to various project sites across Texas and Louisiana.

Support full-cycle HR tasks including recruitment (posting, screening, interviews, reference checks), onboarding and orientation, employee recordkeeping for transfers/promotions, employee inquiries, HR reporting, career-fair outreach, and participation in HR team projects to support regional HR operations.

Provide day-to-day HR support for multiple branch leaders including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, policy implementation, documentation retention, performance review updates, and regional HR communications. Partner with HR team on transfers, relocations, investigations, terminations, and change management.
