Administer and govern PDM/PLM systems (Autodesk Vault, SolidWorks PDM, PTC Windchill). Ensure engineering data integrity, BOM and item/master alignment, troubleshoot multi-CAD issues, support upgrades, migrations, and governance activities, and collaborate with engineering, IT, manufacturing, and business stakeholders.

Leads sales operations and process improvement to support profitable revenue growth. Responsibilities include defining sales processes, implementing productivity tools, managing quotas, forecasting, reporting, revenue-plan tracking, sales programs, customer and market feedback, rep and vendor contracts, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales. The role also mentors representatives, supports executive alignment, organizes sales meetings and contests, develops communications, and travels to sales territories and trade shows as needed.

Lead communications infrastructure strategy and roadmaps across optical, switching, smart NIC/DPU, Satcom, and Enterprise AI platforms. Define make-vs-partner approaches, drive partnerships, translate market and customer insights into product requirements, coordinate cross-functional execution, and support go-to-market, manufacturability, and financial metrics.
