Analyze applicant and account data to support credit underwriting, fraud detection, portfolio monitoring, delinquency management, and collections strategies. Interpret business financial statements, banking data, and credit reports; build dashboards, behavioral segments, and performance cohorts; and evaluate credit product profitability, customer lifetime value, losses, and risk-adjusted returns. Communicate findings to influence risk management and product strategy.

Own Flex’s IT and corporate security function as a hands-on senior individual contributor. Responsibilities include identity and access management, joiner-mover-leaver processes, Okta and Google Workspace administration, endpoint and MDM programs, SaaS governance, access reviews, security policies, awareness training, MSP management, and automation using scripts and internal tooling. The role partners with security, People, Finance, and Legal while maintaining corporate security posture across a distributed workforce.

Supports go-to-market finance by analyzing growth ROI, managing Deal Desk pricing and deal structures, and building customer and growth economics. Partners with department leaders on budgeting, headcount planning, spend tracking, and resource decisions. Assists with forecasting, variance analysis, operating-model schedules, and leadership reporting. Automates recurring finance workflows using AI, queries, dashboards, and templates while validating output for accuracy.
