Teams at Fleet Data Centers

Define and author technical use cases and user stories, map data flows and APIs, lead grooming and testing, support IT operational readiness for data center launches, develop IT roadmaps and governance, coordinate cross-functional programs, and manage change and customer-facing requirements to ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives.

Lead and develop the Contracts Management team for large-scale data center construction and operational services. Manage RFx processes, draft/ negotiate/execute contracts with GCs, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants, administer contract lifecycle, resolve disputes and claims, ensure compliance, and collaborate with legal, finance, construction, engineering, and procurement to align contractual, technical, and financial objectives.

Develop and maintain detailed schedules for data center campus design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Track progress, analyze variances, identify risks, perform critical path analysis, coordinate with internal teams and contractors, and produce regular reports. Support scheduling standards, templates, and process improvements to enable on-time delivery.
