The product team must understand the priority problems of the community team and incorporate them in cross-functional prioritization. Amidst various variables during growth, sharing continuous learnings from different parts of the organization helps support firsthand's growth.

The biggest problem we’re solving at the moment is Unscheduled Care and increasing the utilization of our triage line to drive value. At least a dozen of our individuals have urgent medical needs daily that our nurses can handle. That said, we are taking a number of measures to ensure that everyone knows about the triage line and how to use it.

We have a unique advantage: our team members are the end users of our products. We build healthcare tools that precisely meet the needs of our staff. We build trust by spending time in our markets, listening and then delivering useful and valuable technology that provides the best possible experience for both our team and the individuals we serve.

We're building a platform to help our guides (peers) better engage and support individuals. It involves personalized messaging and tailored assistance that directly addresses their most pressing needs. The ways we can assist our guides is only dependent on our creativity, which is what I love about the problems we solve! The variety never gets old.
