The Controller leads accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, internal controls, cash management, audit coordination, tax processes, and complex SaaS revenue accounting. The role oversees quote-to-cash controls and integrations across Salesforce, Certinia, Avalara, and Qobra, including ASC 606 revenue recognition, usage-based billing, deferred revenue, commissions, and sales tax. This leader will manage the accounting team and improve systems, processes, documentation, and cross-functional financial operations.

Manage a large portfolio of mortgage and fintech clients, serving as a trusted advisor responsible for retention, adoption, account health, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. Conduct business reviews, present usage insights, resolve issues, coordinate internal teams, document activities in Salesforce, and drive revenue growth. The role requires deep mortgage industry expertise, strategic enterprise account management experience, contract negotiation skills, and the ability to translate technical solutions into customer value.
