Independently approves complex consumer, commercial, and residential mortgage loans within delegated authority. Performs one-up reviews, validates risk ratings, conducts pre-closing compliance reviews, evaluates policy exceptions, and identifies portfolio risks. Mentors credit analysts and approvers, supports credit policy development, advises on complex underwriting matters, and promotes consistent risk management and credit quality across the organization.

Partners with lending and credit administration teams on complex transactions, supports credit policy development, and coaches Credit Analysts. Requires expertise in financial statement, cash flow, collateral, and credit risk analysis.

Leads comprehensive wealth management for high-net-worth clients, developing personalized plans covering investments, estate planning, tax strategy, risk management, and philanthropy. Drives business growth through networking, referrals, and partnerships; presents advisory proposals; maintains trusted client relationships through proactive reviews; and mentors advisors to improve planning expertise, engagement, and team performance.
