Our mission is simple – we make products better. Over the past 18 years, The First User has been instrumental in shaping how people read news online, share digital documents, carry a backpack, and even how people pack newborns safely into their cars. We are obsessed with the User Experience in everything we do and are passionate about studying how people interact with products.

Unlike most design studios which practice more coding and graphic design than they do UX, we stay true to our mission of examining how people interact with product. Through the practical application of cognitive psychology, we hold focus groups, study the market, talk to users, and help make our clients’ products better than they are today.
