Teams at Fireblocks

Investigate and respond to security alerts and incidents, perform host, artifact, and malware analysis, coordinate containment and remediation, develop incident reports and runbooks, tune detection controls, and create SIEM queries and dashboards. The role supports threat intelligence and security monitoring across infrastructure, requires collaboration with stakeholders, and includes some weekend and night shifts.

Design and implement native mobile SDKs, focusing on performance and reliability. Own features end-to-end and build secure, reliable SDK components for wallet operations. Collaborate with teams for quality and operational excellence.

Provide frontline technical support for Fireblocks' SaaS platform, resolving customer issues via Slack and other tools, escalating complex cases, participating in incident response, documenting cases, and contributing to process improvements. Work US-Pacific hours on a fixed Wed–Sun schedule after training, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success in crypto and DeFi environments.
