Leads the Product Security Concierge engineering team, overseeing hiring, coaching, delivery quality, capacity, utilization, managed security services, customer outcomes, and field-to-product collaboration. Reviews complex technical work involving firmware analysis, embedded penetration testing, PSIRT, compliance, and risk assessment. Establishes playbooks, service standards, SLAs, and operating models while serving as a senior technical contact for strategic customers and escalations.

Own a product area end to end, from customer and market research through strategy, development, launch, and outcome measurement. Serve as the product security domain expert, automate product decision-making with AI, shape customer and market messaging, and partner with services and go-to-market teams. The role focuses on building software and service offerings for connected device cybersecurity, vulnerability management, software supply chain risk, and compliance.

The Regional Sales Director will lead new logo acquisition and revenue execution in the East region, managing complex sales cycles and collaborating with technical stakeholders to close deals in connected device manufacturing industries.
