Leads the design of high-impact PowerPoint presentations, develops concepts and visual narratives, maintains templates and brand consistency, mentors junior designers, performs quality assurance, and manages multiple projects through timely delivery. Collaborates with executives, marketing teams, project managers, and stakeholders to translate complex information into compelling visuals. Requires strong presentation design expertise, Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Oversee pharmaceutical speaker bureau operations, including meeting logistics, compliance, contracting, budgeting, reconciliation, reporting, and client communications. Mentor and monitor speaker bureau coordinators, resolve portal and operational issues, manage performance reviews and hiring support, and coordinate after-hours coverage. The role requires strong knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical meeting standards, healthcare compliance requirements, and speaker program administration.

Provides executive leadership for a portfolio of pharmaceutical and medical communications clients. Oversees strategic client relationships, scientific and regulatory communications, account staffing, revenue forecasting, profitability, business development, client retention, and talent development. Guides senior client services teams, resolves complex operational issues, ensures compliant and high-quality deliverables, and improves agency processes. Requires extensive pharmaceutical or medical communications agency experience, strong financial and relationship management skills, and the ability to lead growth and organizational change.
