Manages funeral arrangements from initial family consultation through final disposition. Presents service and merchandise options, completes contracts and legal paperwork, coordinates team members, conducts services, performs transfers and decedent preparation as licensed, collects funds, and provides follow-up support. The role requires compassionate communication, community involvement, accurate recordkeeping, on-call availability, safe handling of heavy items, and compliance with funeral service regulations.

Manage all aspects of funeral arrangements and services: meet with families, coordinate and lead services, perform decedent transfers and care (per licensing), maintain paperwork and permits, supervise team members, use funeral service software and POS, work on-call, and participate in community outreach to support business growth.

Prepare and care for decedents (transfer, embalm, dress, casket) per family instructions and state law; complete paperwork and permits; meet families to arrange services; use funeral software to enter contracts; attend and conduct services; lead post-service follow-ups; participate in community outreach and maintain licensure and CE.
