Lead multiple complex electronic product development projects from scope through delivery. Coordinate distributed cross-functional teams across hardware, FPGA/DSP, embedded software, verification, signal integrity, PCB layout, and mechanical design. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, customer communications, technical negotiations, and process improvements while partnering with Sales, customers, suppliers, and technical leads.

Own complete RF subsystems from architecture through characterized, manufacturable hardware, including frequency planning, transmit and receive chain design, RF modeling, microwave component selection, digital signal-path configuration, PCB layout collaboration, calibration features, and laboratory verification. The role supports communications, radar, SatCom, GNSS, software-defined radio, and other client applications, while providing technical leadership and customer interaction.

Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and manages contracts, amendments, procurement agreements, RFPs, RFQs, and statements of work across Canada and the United States. Ensures legal, regulatory, policy, and independent-contractor compliance; maintains contract repositories and renewal dates; supports acquisition integration, disputes, modifications, and execution. Collaborates with Legal, Procurement, HR, Sales, IT, M&A, and Finance while analyzing contract performance and improving contract management systems.
