Designs and develops complex full-stack software systems using Java, JavaScript, Angular, Spring Boot, AWS, and related technologies. Provides technical leadership, mentorship, code reviews, and innovation while collaborating with business partners, architects, analysts, engineers, and technical leads. Translates business logic into technical requirements, works in an Agile Scrum environment, and creates developer-facing technologies and documentation.

Develop customized financial plans, educate clients on investment solutions, conduct one-on-one appointments, recommend solutions aligned with client needs, and grow relationships with existing clients and warm leads. The role involves using Fidelity planning tools, conducting proactive outreach, referring clients to wealth management partners, and helping clients make informed investment decisions.

Analyzes and documents scalable software solutions, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements. Partners with engineering, architecture, UX, product, and business teams in an agile environment. Creates Jira user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, system diagrams, and Confluence documentation; supports roadmap planning and analyzes APIs, system behavior, and technical workflows using modern observability and development tools.
