Owns full-cycle recruiting across sales, IT, marketing, administration, and operations. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, defining requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing ATS pipelines, negotiating offers, reporting recruiting metrics, and advising on market conditions, candidate fit, and compensation. The role requires strong sourcing, communication, organization, and judgment across multiple requisitions.

Leads a territory sales team of 6–8 account executives, owning revenue, forecasting, quotas, pipeline discipline, coaching, hiring, and customer expansion. Drives a shift from transactional catalog selling to consultative, value-based full-solution sales across manufacturing accounts. Builds executive relationships, manages strategic opportunities, partners cross-functionally, maintains quality processes, and spends approximately 50% of time with customers, at events, and alongside sellers.

Provide proactive, discreet executive support to the Founder by managing calendars, communications, meeting preparation, action-item follow-up, domestic and international travel logistics, stakeholder coordination, and special projects. The role requires strong organization, judgment, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, highly personalized environment.
