Leads enterprise process analysis, redesign, and transformation initiatives across business functions. Uses Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, value-stream mapping, systems engineering, process mining, and automation methods to improve cycle time, cost, quality, compliance, and capacity. Facilitates stakeholders, defines requirements and governance, establishes performance metrics, supports technology implementation, and presents recommendations to leadership. Provides mentorship and subject matter expertise without formal people-management responsibility.

Develop, test, document, and support software applications and integrations. Perform unit, regression, security, and load testing; remediate application security issues; analyze system impacts; support monitoring and on-call operations; assist with architecture, deployments, estimates, and technical documentation. Build scalable, maintainable solutions and reporting dashboards while collaborating with security teams, teammates, and business partners.

Develop and maintain data engineering solutions using Informatica Data Management Cloud, Control-M, Snowflake, and SQL. Responsibilities include sourcing, transforming, cleansing, ingesting, analyzing, and visualizing data; building automated workflows and scalable ETL processes; supporting data architecture and deployments; and delivering reusable code for large datasets. The role requires collaboration with technical and business partners, troubleshooting, mentoring, and managing multiple priorities.
