Lead and launch a novel intravesical gene therapy by managing regional sales performance and coaching Sales Specialists. Develop and execute regional/territory plans, analyze markets, build key account relationships, identify new business, manage travel and expenses, and achieve sales targets while hiring, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.

Lead multi-channel trade and distribution strategy across therapeutic areas, design stocking and launch distribution plans, negotiate and manage high-value contracts, and drive analytics and KPIs (DIOH, OTIF, returns). Produce executive reports and scorecards, partner with Sales/Market Access/Finance/Offer Development, operationalize new distribution opportunities, and collaborate with 3PL/BI to optimize supply chain and contract performance. Role requires frequent travel and stakeholder influence.
