The Automation Project Manager oversees waterworks automation projects, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project specifications while fostering customer relationships.

Lead and manage automation projects from initiation to completion, coordinating contractors, EPCs, sales, vendors, and fabrication. Provide technical recommendations, prepare documentation and submittals, run project meetings and status updates, drive process improvements, and align projects with company product strategy to meet schedule, scope, and budget.

Lead and manage proposal development using Shipley best practices: review solicitations, coordinate cross-functional teams, draft and edit compliant, persuasive proposal content and graphics, maintain proposal assets, support sales throughout pursuit lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement of proposal processes.
