Supports sales associates by identifying products and solutions, preparing quotations, entering accurate sales orders, coordinating deliveries, answering sales calls, and resolving customer questions. The role requires customer service, upselling, timely decision-making, relationship building, digital literacy, and the ability to learn product knowledge and processes quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Manages a portfolio of process-focused customers and national accounts, handling credit, collections, invoicing, payment portals, delinquency resolution, and risk mitigation. Monitors invoice issues in platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, and Taulia; coordinates automation needs with EDI and e-business teams; applies credit policies; prepares reports; and maintains customer and internal relationships while supporting business and sales objectives.

Administer and support distributed enterprise infrastructure across Azure, AWS, GCP, and on-premises environments. Maintain Windows and Linux systems, Active Directory, VMware, networking, storage, security access controls, backups, and disaster recovery capabilities. Monitor and optimize performance, troubleshoot complex production issues, manage incidents and service tickets, and support high availability and business continuity. Collaborate with infrastructure, engineering, and business teams to maintain reliable, secure, and compliant systems.
