Leads product operations and strategy for Consumer Payments, partnering with the VP and squad leaders to translate strategy into execution. Owns operational rhythms, OKRs, roadmap summits, stakeholder alignment, cross-functional workflows, AI adoption, and process optimization. Uses data, analytics, and user research to identify opportunities and support business decisions while coordinating Engineering, Product, Compliance, Finance, and other teams.

Lead cross-product discovery and define Felix’s conversational, generative, and declarative UI platform. Ship the initial experience on WhatsApp, establish patterns for native iOS and Android, guide product designers across squads, and design compliant financial interactions with legal and risk partners. Conduct research, analyze transcripts and analytics, prototype in Figma and code, generate concepts, and set direction for how products, context, and assistant behavior work together across conversational surfaces.

Lead discovery and product design for Felix’s conversational AI platform, defining generative and declarative UI patterns across WhatsApp, iOS, and Android. Research user behavior, prototype and ship platform experiences, establish conversation design direction, collaborate with product squads and engineers, and integrate compliance, consent, and recovery states into the experience.
