Develops new business and manages existing customer accounts within a defined territory. The role identifies customer supply-chain needs, presents tailored less-than-truckload solutions, prepares proposals, negotiates pricing, and closes deals. Responsibilities include account implementation, customer relationship management, sales research and outreach, CRM and Microsoft Office use, and collaboration with terminal operations and internal teams. Overnight travel may be required.

Supervise freight operations employees, schedules, safety, service performance, and shipment quality. Ensure timely, damage-free pickup and delivery; monitor freight cut times, classifications, OS&D processing, costs, and operational efficiency. Provide employee coaching, customer assistance, reporting, administrative support, and coordination with business partners while complying with transportation, safety, and company regulations.

Supervise dock operations and employees to ensure timely, damage-free shipment pickups and deliveries. Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, assigning work, monitoring service and safety performance, enforcing freight cut times, identifying classification and OS&D issues, supporting customers with quotes and claims, reducing costs, preparing reports, and maintaining compliance with DOT, OSHA, hazardous materials, NMFC, and company requirements.
