Serve as TACT's primary front-line contact, managing phones, emails, orders, shipping, billing, attendance updates, and administrative support for events, marketing, and vendor relations. Maintain professionalism, organization, and timely follow-up to support clients, families, staff, and partners.

Manage partner success from onboarding through renewal, serving as the primary consultant and support contact. Lead training, improve platform adoption, monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, mitigate churn, and identify expansion opportunities. Collaborate with business development and internal leadership, develop partner marketing and engagement plans, and provide data-informed recommendations to maximize technology utilization and community impact.

Own territory and revenue targets for enterprise SaaS deals. Drive full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to negotiation and close, build executive relationships, design solutions with product/technical teams, create ROI narratives, and collaborate cross-functionally to penetrate large institutions and exceed quotas.
