Responsibilities include origination from personal network, valuation, positioning, negotiation, due diligence coordination, and closing while collaborating with FE Internationals internal marketing, legal, and deal-support teams. Commission-only compensation; first 90 days focused on origination before access to inbound leads.

Full-cycle, commission-only sales role focused on qualifying inbound founder applicants, closing engagements with strong-fit founders, and sourcing outbound leads and referral partners. Own the pipeline end-to-end including forecasting, follow-up, and CRM hygiene while feeding market signal back to the team.
