Manage agency relationships across the assigned Indiana territory, partnering with underwriters to drive agribusiness P&C revenue and profitability. Serve as the central agency contact, promote products, handle new account selection and pricing, support retention and policyholder service, set strategic goals with agents, and assist with marketing, training, and agency appointments.
