The Operations Analyst will manage and improve cross-organizational Product and Engineering processes, including product lifecycle, engineering operations, software capitalization, FinOps, and cloud spend management. The role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to improve communication, documentation, visibility, measurement, and execution. Responsibilities include operationalizing processes, championing tooling improvements, training stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives and business outcomes across a hybrid organization.

Develop backend systems for large-scale web applications and security products primarily in Go. Write robust, modular code, optimize performance, participate in code reviews and documentation, and collaborate across technical and product teams. The role requires strong HTTP and networking knowledge, Linux, automation, shell scripting, and backend operations experience. Engineers participate in core US business hours and an on-call rotation, with occasional travel as needed.

Leads end-to-end execution of large-scale global network infrastructure programs, including site builds, augments, and decommissioning. Coordinates Network Operations, Supply Chain, data center, Finance, Legal, and engineering teams; manages deployment plans, reporting, risks, vendors, capacity planning, and hardware lifecycles. The role also drives process standardization, automation, incident and post-mortem improvements, and translates technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
