Develops and maintains engaging in-person and online learning materials for targeted audiences. Assesses learning needs, applies adult learning theory, evaluates instructional content, supports technical and functional training, manages materials in an LMS, communicates learning opportunities, and analyzes participation and learner feedback to improve educational resources.

Plans and executes conferences from registration, attendee travel, accommodations, venue logistics, catering, materials, and vendor coordination through on-site delivery. Manages event details, timelines, stakeholders, and vendors while responding to changes under pressure. Develops conference themes and related concepts, communicates plans to management, and travels extensively during peak season, including work outside standard hours.

Participate in full-cycle government software implementations, including requirements gathering, client consultation, configuration, SQL querying, feature development, testing, deployment, and production support. Interns investigate complex issues, solve problems, communicate technical functionality, and adapt to changing client needs while working in-office at client sites.

Implement FAST government software throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and client consultation through configuration, testing, deployment, and production support. Consultants analyze agency needs, configure functionality using FAST tools and .NET languages, develop SQL queries, investigate complex issues, and collaborate with clients and project teams. The role is fully in-office, client-facing, and requires flexibility to relocate among U.S. project locations every two to three years.
