Leads the Ag Brokerage Solutions program, managing staff, budgets, strategic initiatives, risk management, employee development, products, policies, procedures, underwriting guidelines, reinsurance placement, and carrier relationships. Ensures efficient, cost-effective operations that comply with regulations and company standards while supporting organizational goals.

Identifies and develops new business for personal, commercial, and agricultural insurance products through prospecting, networking, cold calling, quoting, and sales. Builds and maintains client relationships, analyzes insurance needs, prepares customized proposals, monitors industry and regulatory changes, and meets sales and retention targets. The role requires a Property & Casualty license and involves managing and growing a book of business.

Supports agents and farmers with precision technology by troubleshooting systems, promoting software adoption, providing training, ensuring regulatory compliance, assisting with planting and harvest data processing, and supporting system testing and updates. The role requires extensive travel across Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky, customer engagement, technical issue resolution, and collaboration with product owners.
