Tasks include financial reporting, budget tracking, performance analysis, project coordination for capital projects, due diligence for acquisitions, and preparing presentations and performance reports. Support rollout of programs, maintain records, and coordinate travel and expense reporting.

Lead lifecycle of multiple affordable housing development projects from underwriting through stabilization. Produce investment analysis and materials, manage proformas, budgets, financing applications, due diligence, contracts, entitlements, and construction coordination while mentoring staff and supporting executive leadership.

Manage the full lifecycle of multiple affordable housing development projects, including underwriting, financing, entitlement, construction oversight, and stabilization. Lead teams and consultants, prepare investment analyses and pro formas, coordinate due diligence and governmental approvals, and support contract negotiation and budget/schedule control.
