Supports operations for a 210-unit apartment community by collecting and posting rent, processing invoices, preparing reports, completing deposits and reconciliations, leasing apartments, resolving resident issues, mentoring leasing staff, supporting the Community Manager, and ensuring fair housing compliance. The role requires residential leasing, sales, or property management experience, accounting proficiency, Yardi knowledge, and availability for flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
