Lead a team of CFP professionals, coach them in technical and interpersonal financial planning, develop scalable planning frameworks, and serve as the planning authority for a key practice area. Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Compliance teams on tools and communications while managing a small client portfolio to pilot initiatives and model best practices.

Lead planner onboarding and enablement across the first 90 days, coordinating setup, training, readiness tracking, and coaching interventions. Facilitate financial planning upskilling, career progression modules, practice drills, and leadership coaching frameworks. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance, People, Planning Leadership, IT, and other teams to improve enablement programs. Use AI and modern technology to increase learning and operational efficiency while identifying curriculum gaps and iterating training methods.

Provides client-facing trading support and education on trade execution, order types, options, tax implications, cost basis, rebalancing, and brokerage processes. Partners with financial planners, monitors trades across custodians, resolves complex inquiries, supports managed account and direct-indexing workflows, and improves trading operations. Requires strong knowledge of equity and ETF trading, portfolio software, analytical tools, and clear member communication.
